Jeffrey Neto

Co-Founder and Executive Director

Jeffrey holds a masters degree in public administration from Dalhousie University and is an experienced government analyst. His passions include public policies, entrepreneurship and public administration. Jeffrey was the executive director of Active Citizens Foundation which he co-founded and has worked on numerous community projects in Ottawa and in Toronto. 

Jeffrey believes that everyone should have an opportunity to better themselves, regardless of their circumstances. It’s this passion and determination that leads Design for Citizens.

Tatiana Ulloa

Co-Founder and Project Manager

Tatiana is a federal public servant who holds a master’s degree in Human Security and Peacebuilding from Royal Roads University. She is an experienced project manager that has worked in Canada and abroad. Tatiana believes that small changes are what have the biggest impact on people's lives and it's why she decided to co-found Design For Citizens.

Marley Lewington

Creative Director

Marley Lewington is a local Ottawa graphic designer and public relations expert. Cofounder of the public relations firm Initial Public Relations, she has years of experience working with community grass roots organizations, non-for-profits, and small businesses.  Coffee lover and urban gardener at heart, catch her in Centretown walking her boxer American bulldog, Agnes.
